The dishes that you could taste in Eftichia  are, the “pastitsada”, the “soffrito”, the lamb in the oven with rosemary and garlic, the artichokes a la polita, the “gemista” with strong smelling of fresh herbs, the “stifado” with onions and of course the Greek “moussaka”..<\/p>

The traditional pie “chortopita” (pie with vegetables), the homebaked “gigantes” (baked dry beans), the boiled “chorta” (greens), the “kolokithokeftedes” (fried balls of pumpkin), the feta cheese in the oven will suits to your appetite.<\/p>

A relatively wide range of grilled meats and fishes will frame your above options.<\/p>

Our quest is to choose always fresh ingredients, their best cooking production  of them and, as much as possible, to keep the cost of our visitor low.<\/p>
